The Berrio Vineyards sits close to Elim on the windswept Cape Agulhas Plains, producing sought-after wines from grapes that benefit from maritime winds blowing in on three sides of the vineyard. Founded by winemaking partners Francis Pratt and Bruce Jack, the estate now operates independently with Francis serving as both wine grower and winemaker.
