Maanschijn, established in 2017 by two friends, crafts low-intervention wines from Walker Bay's cool-climate vineyards, relying on natural fermentation to express the region's distinctive terroir. The estate welcomes visitors to its Wine Garden, where the landscape and hospitality are as carefully tended as the vines themselves.
