Wildsprout was born from a passion for healthy living and a belief that everyone should enjoy wholesome delicious food regardless of their dietary requirements. We are a family run business and our focus is providing you with high quality, nutritious wholefoods. Our original café and grocery store is nestled in the heart of the Southern Suburbs in upper Kenilworth, Cape Town. In March 2022, we opened a second branch in Constantia, and in May 2025, we opened a third branch in Sea Point.
