About
Perched at Africa's cool southernmost tip in Walker Bay, Black Oystercatcher is a family-run wine farm where the extreme growing conditions of Cape Agulhas craft distinctive cool-climate wines with penetrating fruit flavors and minerality. Beyond the cellar, the estate unfolds as a destination unto itself, offering wine tastings, farm-style platters enjoyed on the veranda, self-catering cottages overlooking the Nuwejaars wetlands, and guided wildlife tours through the surrounding countryside.
