About
Charles Fox is an Elgin estate devoted to Cap Classique sparkling wine, with winemakers Charles and Zelda Fox making their cuvées in underground cellars from grapes grown for méthode champenoise production. Since their maiden release in 2012, the estate has become known for its Cipher collection of aged cuvées.
