About
La Vierge is a family estate in the quiet folds of the Hemel-en-Aarde valley where Peter Clarke established dryland vineyards on untouched soils more than twenty years ago. The restaurant offers estate wines and tasting pairings with panoramic valley views, complemented by an Oak Cottage deli serving fresh bread, cheeses, and light meals.
