About
A 27-hectare estate in the Devon Valley outside Stellenbosch, bought in 2004 by the Dutch couple Marianne and Fons Aaldering, who make their wines only from their own vineyards. Winemaker Jaco Parson's range runs from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinotage Blanc to Pinotage and Shiraz. The tasting room is open on weekdays, and on Saturdays from October to April, and the farm has lodges to stay in.
