About
A farm hotel on a 300-year-old wine estate on Sonstraal Road in Klein Drakenstein, outside Paarl, where wine is being made again after years without it. Niel Bester oversees the Adara range: a Méthode Cap Classique, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and reds aged 18 months in oak. Tastings run every day, and the restaurant serves lunch and dinner under old oaks, with a braai on Sundays.
