About

Anysbos is an intimate farm estate in Walker Bay's Overberg region, where owners Johan and Sue Heyns craft wine, olive oil, and goats cheese with a commitment to terroir and handmade tradition. From hand-picked olives cold-pressed the same day to wines made from estate-grown grapes in a shared cellar with local winemaker Marelise Niemann, each product reflects the care and patience that defines this small-scale operation.
