About
The Strydom and Harris families' 23-hectare farm on the R44 between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, on the Bonte River below the Helderberg, planted only to red varieties. Audacia is known for reds made without added sulphur, preserved instead with rooibos and honeybush by its own patented method. The tasting room, behind the Root44 market at the Annandale Road corner, is open daily.
