About
Slent Farm on the Voor-Paardeberg road, which Italians Michela and Attilio Dalpiaz bought in 2004 and where they planted the Cape's first Vermentino. The range also includes Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon from old vines, Pinotage, Carignan and a Nero d'Avola. Tastings and lunch from an Italian-style menu are served daily at the Ayama Farm Kitchen, and there's a farm shop and a guest house.
