Bouchard Finlayson stands as a pioneering presence in Walker Bay's Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, where founders Peter Finlayson and Paul Bouchard have long cultivated elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the region's cool maritime climate. The estate's portfolio of 14 wines reflects a thoughtful approach to cool-climate winemaking, rooted in the valley's distinctive terroir. While the estate is being rebuilt, tastings are at the Bouchard Finlayson pop-up at Harbour Square in Hermanus.
