About
The Brand family's small winery on a single 11-hectare farm above the Olifants River floodplain between Vredendal and Klawer, where Willie and Gavin Brand make the wines. They grow Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Roussanne, Viognier and Colombard, among others, and make their blends by hand with natural fermentation, old oak and little sulphur. Visits are by appointment.
