About

A family cellar near the western entrance to Robertson, built by Rial Kloppers in 1930, run as a co-operative from 1962 and bought in 2000 by his grandson, Wouter de Wet. Its grapes come from two farms, Appelsdrift beside the Breede River and Wel van Pas at Le Chasseur, for Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as the Hanepoot and Muscadel the cellar was first known for. The tasting venue is open on weekdays.
