About
A wine farm on the gravel Mamre road, which leaves the R315 at Darling Cellars south-east of Darling, with its sister farm Burgherspost next door below the granite Dassenberg; its oldest vines were planted in 1966. The range leans to reds, from the Winemakers Syrah and Pinotage to The Very Sexy Shiraz and the Duckitt Bordeaux blend, with a Sauvignon Blanc and a Sangiovese rosé. The tasting room now opens by appointment only, so book ahead by phone or email.
