About
A winery in the old fish factory on Doringbaai harbour, started by Wynand Hamman and the van Zyl family, with vineyards in the small Bamboes Bay ward a few hundred metres from the Atlantic. Winemaker Liza Goodwin makes Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and a Grenache Cinsault. The Jetty tasting room and restaurant serves West Coast dishes like fish cakes and pickled fish, and bottles age in a seawater fish tank in the cellar.
