About
Hartenberg Wine Estate in Stellenbosch is pioneering regenerative viticulture practices that restore soil health and ecosystem vitality, becoming South Africa's first wine farm to achieve scientific verification under the global Ecological Outcome Verification framework. Set among grazing cattle, fynbos gardens, and rewilded wetlands, the estate welcomes visitors for leisurely tastings in its tranquil courtyard and seasonal meals while demonstrating how thoughtful farming practices can produce carefully crafted wines.
