About
A cellar founded in 1956 on Birdfield farm beside the N7, just outside Klawer, a small town at the foot of the Matzikama Mountains. It makes a broad range from Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to Pinotage, Shiraz, sparkling wine and Muscadel. The tasting room offers chocolate and rooibos pairings and a shop of local jams, olive oils and crafts.
