About
Gerard and Libby de Villiers' small farm on Upper Blaauwklippen Road outside Stellenbosch, with ten hectares of vines and two of olives. Its winery makes the Tamboerskloof wines, mostly Rhône-style Syrah, plus a Syrah rosé, Viognier and the de Herder Rhône blend, and the farm also sells its de Boerin olive oil. Tastings and seasonal farm platters are served Monday to Saturday by booking, at the long table by the fire or under the old oaks.
