About

Stephan du Toit's red-wine cellar at the foot of the Hawequa mountain on the edge of Wellington, with 22 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and other red varieties and a vaulted underground cellar where the wines age in French oak. Tastings are by appointment, and can be booked with winemaker Philip Costandius; the farm also produces olive oil and honey.
