About
Nederburg dates back to 1791, when Philippus Wolvaart bought land in the Paarl Valley and named it after the VOC commissioner Sebastiaan Nederburgh. The thatched Cape Dutch manor house he completed in 1800 is now a national monument. Tastings draw on a range that runs from Chenin Blanc and Pinotage to Albariño and Gamay, and The Manor restaurant serves meals on the estate.
