About
Noble Hill is an organic estate grower nestled on the slopes of the Simonsberg mountains in Paarl, where granite-rich soils impart a distinctive mineral character to delicate, fresh wines crafted through regenerative farming practices. Drawing on three centuries of winemaking tradition in this storied region, the estate combines its commitment to sustainable viticulture with a welcoming setting that includes a restaurant and olive oil production.
