About
A small family-owned cellar in the Klein Drakenstein valley outside Paarl, near the Huguenot Tunnel, bought by Greg Olsen in 2002, with Armand Botha as winemaker. The wines include Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, a Méthode Cap Classique, Pinotage, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Tastings are by appointment, and once a month a Saturday Winemaker's Table pairs a guided tasting with cheese, charcuterie and farm bread.
