About
A Cap Classique house on the Van Niekerk family's Wonderfontein farm, about a kilometre outside Robertson on the McGregor road. Henk van Niekerk makes a Brut Chardonnay, a Brut Rosé, a sweeter Nectar and a Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut, and Monica van Niekerk gave the bottles their look. Weekday tastings are by appointment, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00 there's a walk-in sushi and bubbles pop-up on the lawns, with oysters and food for children.
