About

Situated at the foothills of the Paardeberg Mountain in Paarl, Perdeberg Cellar has cultivated distinction since 1941 through its pioneering use of dry-farmed vineyards, which yield concentrated flavours and deeper colour from small berries grown without irrigation across its 3,000-hectare spread. The estate's diverse microclimates and soil types, combined with careful cellar practices including hand-picking and barrel maturation, allow it to express the natural character of its Paarl and Swartland terroir.
