Silverthorn Wines, nestled in Robertson's lime-rich soils reminiscent of Champagne's terroir, has dedicated itself since 2004 to the exclusive production of Cap Classique sparkling wines, drawing inspiration from the region's ancient seabed geology and old Chardonnay vineyards. The estate's small production of 44,000 bottles annually reflects a commitment to craftsmanship that merges European winemaking heritage with contemporary South African culture and storytelling.
