About
Daniël de Waal's family winery on Canettevallei, a lavender and wine farm from 1682 on the Stellenboschkloof Road near Vlottenburg. He makes single-vineyard wines: the Pella range from Stellenbosch and other coastal vineyards, and Mount Sutherland from vines he planted near Sutherland in the Karoo in 2004. The tasting room is open Monday to Saturday, beside the farm's lavender shop.
