About
Edmund and Elsie Oettlé's small organic farm against the Hawequa mountains outside Wellington, making sulphite-free Cabernet Sauvignon, sparkling wine and port alongside pot-still brandy, grappa, olives and nuts. Tastings are by appointment, and visitors who ask ahead can walk the farm and picnic at the river.
