About
The historic estate on Lourensford Road in Somerset West, founded in 1700, where cellar master Luke O'Cuinneagain makes Bordeaux-style wines, the V among them, in a gravity-flow cellar buried in a hilltop. The tasting room is open daily, and the estate, which charges an entrance fee, has gardens, the 1700s homestead, cellar, heritage and eco tours, the Firehorse restaurant, the Rose Terrace tea room and seasonal picnics in the camphor forest.
