About
Vondeling farms the slopes of the Paardeberg in the Voor-Paardeberg ward, on land first granted in 1704, and names its flagship Babiana and Monsonia blends after fynbos found only on that mountain. Its tasting bar is at Vrymansfontein, an almond farm on the Suid-Agter-Paarl Road on the southern slopes of Paarl Mountain, beside the SCAPE restaurant and The Shed, a family eatery with lawns and a play area.
