About
A 200-year-old Cape Dutch farm in the Cango Valley below the Swartberg, on the R328 between Oudtshoorn and the Cango Caves, that raises free-range Wagyu cattle alongside its vineyard. It grows Shiraz, Chardonnay and white and red Muscadel without pesticides or herbicides. Tastings are poured at The Marbled Wagyu, a restaurant and wine shop in the farm's 150-year-old store with a terrace over the vines, and there are guest houses on the estate.
