About
Andy and Penny Hillock's wine and guest farm, Mymering, in the Dwarsrivier valley below the Towerkop peak outside Ladismith; Andy is a retired surgeon from Port Elizabeth. Hillock Wines makes Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz and Cap Classique, with Duan Brits as winemaker. The farm has a tasting room, the Hillock Restaurant for light lunches and set dinners, guest suites with their own plunge pools, and walking and mountain-bike trails.
