About
Peter and Yvonne Bayly's small farm in the Groenfontein valley, about 15 km from Calitzdorp on the dirt road towards the Swartberg Pass, with 1.2 hectares of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca and Souzão planted in 2000 beside the Nels River. The grapes are trodden by foot in open lagares for a Cape Vintage, a Cape White and a red blend called III. Visitors are welcome every day, but the Baylys ask that you phone ahead; a sign with a golden flying pig marks the farm.
