Springfield Estate in Robertson crafts wines guided by a philosophy of honour, making deliberate decisions in the vineyard and cellar that prioritize quality over convenience, with particular distinction earned through wild yeast fermentation and a hands-off approach that allows the estate's diverse terroirs to express themselves authentically. The winery's commitment to minimal intervention winemaking across a variety of cultivars reflects a deep respect for the individual character of each wine, from their signature Wild Yeast Chardonnay to a full range of expressions shaped by the distinctly varied soils of their Robertson location.
